This website is provided for general information about Cr8ive and its services. You're welcome to browse, share links, and get in touch. Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, misuse the contact form, or use the content in a way that misrepresents Cr8ive.
No warranty on content
We keep the information here accurate and current to the best of our ability, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Metrics and examples describe our general approach and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes for any particular engagement.
Engagements are separate
Nothing on this website constitutes a contract or a binding offer. Any engagement between you and Cr8ive is governed by a separate written brief and agreement that defines scope, price, timeline, deliverables, intellectual-property transfer, and confidentiality for that specific project.
Intellectual property
The Cr8ive name, logo, copy, and design on this site are our property. For work we deliver under an engagement, ownership of the code, models, and documentation transfers to the client as specified in that engagement's agreement — we do not retain lock-in over delivered systems.
Third-party links and tools
This site links to and embeds third-party services (such as a scheduling widget). We're not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
